StatFlu

StatFlu is an visual tool for predicting hospital load in Sweden in the event of an influensa pandemic for use in the Swedish national pandemic plan. It is based on a static model and has been developed by Martin Camitz in cooperations with the National Board of Health and Welfare.

The strenghts of this application is a novel way of presenting uncertain data. The model features a full integrated temporal analysis which places the emphasis on the hospital load as a function of time, not merely the final number of required beds.
