I am especially interested in electronical surveillance system. Currently
I am developing SmiNet-2, the national electronical surveillance system
for notifiable diseases in Sweden.
Other interests of mine are neural networks (ANN) modeling and outbreak detection algorithms. I am currently participating in PREVIS, a EU-financed program, aiming to model the relation of Penicillin Resistant Pneumococci (PRP) to antibiotic use in the Skåne county of Sweden.
